Answers to some of the most common questions are listed below. Select between our "pricing questions" and our "service questions" to make navigating a bit easier.

Do you require a deposit?Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

What factors affect the cost of bartending services?Number of guests Distance we must travel (if not locally) Number of hours you need our services The items you need us to provide Each client and each event is unique.

Is gratuity included in the quote?Gratuity is not included. We typically like to get tipped for a job well done. In cases where a tip jar is not appropriate, the host is responsible for gratuity $2- $4 per person.

How is pricing determined in a quote for bartending services?Pricing is based on your event type, estimated number of guest and hours of services needed. A date cannot be confirmed until the non-refundable deposit of 25% of the balance and waiver are submitted. The remaining balance will need to paid no later than 48 hours prior to event date.

How many guests do your prices accommodate?Our packages accommodate up to 75 guests. (excluding our Mocktail Packages) We do offer services for guests totaling over 75, but a more custom price quote will need to be rendered. Our Mocktail Packages accomodate at least 50 guests.

Do you charge extra for services on major holidays?Yes. We charge a flat fee of $150 for major holidays, including: New Years Eve Christmas Eve Thanksgiving Day Labor Day St. Patrick's Day Memorial Day Cinco De Mayo 4th of July Halloween

Do you offer any multi-package discounts?YES! If you add any Mocktail Package to any of our regular Premium, Deluxe or Basic Pour package, we will discount the lesser of the two packages by 20%.

What happens to the non-refundable deposit if the schedule event must be canceled?If client cancels an event, any non-refundable deposit and non-refundable payments remain non-refundable. If client cancels an event a written notice must be given to us 48 hours before the original event date to ensure a credit for a future event for up to one (1) year from the date the cancellation was received.

What insurance does Perfect Pour Bartending carry?We carry general liability of 1,000,000 occurrence/ 2,000,000 aggregate. Should your venue need to be added as an additional insured, please let us know 24-48 hours before your event.

Why should I hire a bartender?• Bartender's are the life of the party, and ensures your guests are entertained. • Lessens the possibility of people over serving at an open/self-serve bar. • Takes the stress out of the event so you can actually enjoy the event. • Save money because bartenders practice standard portion control.

What types of events do you specialize in?We are great for weddings, corporate events, baby showers, holiday parties, birthday parties, pop-up shops. We also make mocktails that can accommodate non- alcoholic consumers.

Do you provide the alcohol for the event?We are not able to provide the alcohol for any event. This is the responsibility of the client. If you need assistance with the type and amount of liquor you should buy, please contact us with your questions. We do offer a concierge service of picking up the alcohol from where you purchase it from. To learn more about this service, click here.

Why do you not provide the alcohol with your services?By law, a business / establishment must be licensed to “sell” liquor in the each state. As a mobile bartender, we provide the service (bartending service), but do not have the license to sell alcohol. This is very common with mobile bartending. You end up actually saving money for your event, as oppose to getting a "price per person" liquor cost + service & gratuity.

What is the minimum number of hours required for bartending services?Each package lists the minimum number of hours required. This minimum does not include the free hour of setup and cleanup that comes with every package. Most of the packages require a minimum of 4 hours. View all our packages here.

How many bartenders will I need?Per industry standard we recommend one (1) bartender for every 75 guests.

What does Perfect Pour Bartending bring to each event?All basic bar supplies and tools including shakers, ice scooper, bottle/wine opener, pour spouts, straw and napkin caddy, fruit garnishment tray, cutting board, pairing knife, margarita salt, bar mats and coolers.

Can I just hire a bartender only and none of the extras?Yes, we do have Bartender Only services. These services can be purchased for $200, with a minimum of 4 hours. Every Package come with a free hour of setup and clean up. If you need these services on a holiday, there will be a surcharge. With this package, we only provide basic bar tools, and the client is responsible for everything outside of this. These tools include: shakers, ice scooper, bottle/wine key, pour spouts, drink stirrers, napkins, napkin caddy, fruit garnishment tray, cutting board, pairing knife, margarita salt and sugar, bar mats, coolers etc.

What is your Alcohol Concierge Pickup Service?Event planning get get chaotic really quickly. And there's nothing worse than paying for bartending services and there's no alcohol to pour! We've found a very helpful service we provide to ensure this scenario doesn't happen to you, with your Alcohol Concierge Pickup Service. This service is only available within a 15 mile radius from 33592 zipcode for a flat fee of $40.

Do you offer bartending services for outdoor events?Yes! But any outdoor event (or any event where the bartender is to be stationed outdoors - including covered/screened-in patios and/or pools) will incur an automatic surcharge of $150.
